One Year On

Reflecting on his first year, Enrico described how the experience deepened his understanding of venture investing beyond theory - being closer to the process, the conversations, and the structure around how opportunities get evaluated.

The real value for me was being closer to the process. 710 Academy gave me more context: real conversations, real relationships, and a more structured environment around how opportunities are evaluated. For me, the biggest takeaway is that venture is built through judgment, relationships, and action. Analysis matters, but it becomes much stronger when it is connected to people, timing, context, and trust.

As a software architect and entrepreneur, Calvin has contributed to emerging venture initiatives while expanding his understanding of venture creation and investment strategy.
